Bed was super uncomfortable. I could hear kids running up and down the hallway from the moment we got to our room to the moment we checked out. Horrible night’s sleep

Property was recently renovated, so the room and halls were very clean, comfy and convenient for our needs. Ally, from the front desk, helped when we had a billing issue. She went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of after we left. She called me a few times to give me updates and made it right.
