Clean, comfortable and quiet! The linens and towels were soft and fresh. The room and beds were comfortable! It was SO quiet it felt like we were the only ones there too. Best nights sleep in a hotel. The front desk staff on evening on 3/15/24, was friendly and professional. We ended up needing to move our room after check-in and she was very accommodating. A crib was made available ahead of time. The breakfast spread was great! Coffee was fresh and strong. Dining area clean! The hotel was so well decorated, colorful without being overstimulating. Clean all around. And the seating through out was comfortable! The staff at breakfast and housekeeping were all so nice! Kudos to this Best Western! Thanks for a happy stay while traveling with kiddos!

The front desk person Ally was lovely. Breakfast was good. The only suggestion i would make is investing in better towels. They were very thin, stiff and scratchy.

I was greeted with a friendly, happy and positive woman name Ally at the front desk on Tuesday, February 18. She made sure my room was clean before sending my family and I up since there was a family in that room before us. Ally is a delightful girl and made my experience with Best Western superb! Rooms were spacious, clean and well kept.
