I was traveling with my husband and my 88-year-old mom. This house was perfect for us since it only has a few stairs for entering the home which is key for her. The master bedroom with ensuite was easy for her to get around.There is a second bedroom on the main floor as well. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom which had an amazingly comfortable bed, comfy couch, gas fireplace and a second TV (which my husband can't do without)! The home also has cable channels which are great for him.It was such a great location in Mystic, close to Newport, Rhode Island and day trips all around. The house has comfortable seating areas, soft, plush towels and everything anyone would need for their home away from home. While we did not cook (never do on vacation) the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Coffee and tea, spices, sugar ... you name it and it was provided. Having spices... is a rarity in vacation rentals. Every kind of cookware was available. We loved the home and Mystic. We will be back.

The house was very comfortable. Being mobility impaired, the last step into the house from the side door is difficult. The requirement to bring soiled laundry down into the basement was difficult. After one trip we had to just throw the linen down the stairs which made me feel like I was disrespecting the owners. Leaving soiled linen in one of the bathrooms should be permissible. Also, getting into garage to empty to trash was not easy. 4 chairs were stacked on top of trash bin that could not be moved. Also a restaurant was recommended for breakfast that has no ADA entrance. We drove all the way down there to find out we could not access the stairs. Just suggest you mention it is not ADA compliant in your notes. Lovely quiet neighborhood in a great location to access any of the local sites.

Home is clean, quiet, cute, well stocked, very comfortable. Listing regarding 3rd bedroom in basement isn’t made clear re: limited stair access, and no downstairs facilities. But the sleeping space with couch and electric fireplace is quite comfy & cozy!

Such a cute and comfortable cottage 💙

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage and already are planning to return. The cottage was well equipped with kitchen, bathroom and actual cable tv - super important as we traveled over prime football season. We were very comfortable, the area was quiet and very conveniently located near the holiday lights and the waterfront.

Clean, updated, great location

Ideally situated just up the hill from the Mystic Seaport, this cute house was updated, clean, and well appointed. The property manager was very responsive. We would rent this home again. The 3rd bedroom is quite large but is located in the basement. Despite a dehumidifier and moisture absorbers, it was a bit musty and lacked light. It was quite clean, however, and did have a tv.

Amazing property close to everything. Stayed with friends visiting from out of state. Could not ask for a better place. Everything was well organized and at our fingertips. Girls get away

The three bedrooms gave each of us our own space. The home was immaculate, warm and inviting. We had a lot of fun having a foosball competition. The fully equipped kitchen made life easy. We enjoyed our time and would book it again.

22nd Annual 40th bday weekend, aka girls week!

Great location! We loved the house and the outside areas were great! Very quiet neighborhood, we were well rested! Very nice beach options north and south on I95 within 25 min. The only downfall for us was the basement bedroom. If you like a really soft bed then you'll be fine, none of us did so that was a problem. The basement is also slightly musty. With that said, it was very very clean down there so not sure what more could be done, it's a basement. It was great having a washer and dryer. Loved the snacks and coffee/tea options that were left for us. Check in was super easy and all instructions were clear. The living room was very comfortable, and we watched a fair amount of TV since the weather wasn't the best. Glad the Olympics were on! We would recommend this property.

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay

The kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans and plates to cook a Thanksgiving meal. We loved the backyard for the kids to play in and the room downstairs. Overall, very nice house and great location. Not as easy to walk to shops but very close to drive there. Waterfront very easy walk but beware of hill.

Wonderful property

My family stayed in this adorable house for the long weekend. We found it well stocked and very cozy. Check in and check out was super easy and the welcome snacks and having coffee supplied was great, it’s usually the first thing we pick up at the store on arrival, so it was nice to have. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is fantastic, we walked everywhere. The basement is nicely finished, others have said it seemed musty but we didn’t find it to be. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Nice Place... Close to Mystic

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be close to enjoy the local attractions but still be on the outskirts. The house was clean and comfortable. There was just enough yard for my son and husband to be able to throw a football around. The welcome snacks were a great addition as we were in for a wedding, so the little bit in and out between wedding things, the snacks hit the spot when we didn't have much time. The only downfall was the basement. It seemed musty and we are very sensitive to that. As long as the door was shut it didn't bother us at all.

Wonderfully Inviting Cozy & Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while attending Parents Weekend at the US Coast Guard Academy. Our weekend home was extremely comfortable and welcoming. It is located a stone's throw from downtown Mystic and a short drive to the Academy. We highly recommend this property!

Mystic Getaway with Friends

We had a fantastic time in Mystic! We were very impressed with the house. It was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and centrally located to all attractions!
