Check in and out was super quick. Room was clean. The continental breakfast was nice. Loved that the coffee tea area was open 24/7. Only complaint, the (I believe) smoke alarm light was super bright in the dark for my boyfriend so he placed a towel over it, which didn't help much.

Lovely, convenient, quiet, and clean. Staff was professional and a great resource. Its a quick walk into Mystic, The Seaport Museum, and the Aquarium. I got very lucky finding this place to stay and I will use it again in the future.

Sports family parents took over all common areas (breakfast area, breezeway at entry) and drank. Parents ignored their children as they ran up and down the halls shouting and kicking doors. Was made to walk a gauntlet of boys who wouldn’t let us pass freely through the hallway. At 10:30pm the front desk finally gave a warning (quiet time posted for 10pm)

This hotel is 3 stars for a reason. It looks run down. It feels run down. The rooms were clean and good enough but it just felt old and dingy. The sprinkle pipes were painted orange and running through the hallway and into the bathroom of the rooms. It looks really ghetto. The breakfast was on the second floor which seemed odd but it was a nice enough service. The hotel just felt old and broken down but honestly the rooms were fine. The heating/cooling system worked. The beds were comfortable enough.

This hotel was a last minute booking, and was the best value for the money in mystic, ct. It was super clean, extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Hot water, close to restaurants, and Ole mystic village shopping. Was on an upper floor far from the front desk, but requested that. This hotel was almost 1/2 of what the others were last minute on Memorial Day weekend, and worth it!
