Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 3 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:

- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu

Another lovely weekend at this wonderful historic home just a few minutes walk away from the Mystic River Historic District. Great location; delightful place

Can't beat the location-just 2 blocks to downtown Mystic. The place was pleasant and clean; the best set of kitchen utensils, pots, etc. that we've had at a VRBO. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Michael even texted us on the day that it rained all day with suggestions! We hope to stay here next time we visit Mystic.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The place was immaculate, updated and worth every penny. The location is close to the “action”, but removed from the traffic and noise. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer.

This beautifully renovated apartment in a historic house is conveniently located, just steps away from shops, restaurants, museums and more. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.
