The staff was exceptional! The property is close to a railway and busy road. When we checked in I heard a train going by but that was Thaler I heard of trains. The rooms cottages are dated but beds are reasonably comfortable even though small for a queen bed.

Loved the Taber Inne. It feels like staying at a bed and breakfast but with the privacy of a hotel. Rooms and public areas were immaculate and the people who run the inn are friendly and caring. Will definitely be returning.

The property was beautiful. We had the carriage house and it was home away from home and the jacuzzi was fantastic! The rates were reasonable for this time of year. The staff was excellent, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t wait to go back.

Our 1 night stay at Taber Inn was wonderful. Check-in was easy and staff was helpful with places to go in the area. The location was perfect and dinner at S&P Oyster Restaurant had wonderful food and atmosphere.

There is not too much you could walk to except for the market, which is directly across the street. There was no heat (until October) in our room, but we did not need it. The whole Inn area is very well kept and extremely clean. To me the Continental breakfast was just so-so, but it is complimentary. The entire staff was welcoming, pleasant and informative. The jetted tub in our room and the “back porch” with seating were two nice touches.

Very cute inn, excellent location and amazing service. Note: If you're like me and need coffee the minute you wake up, you'd better sleep in late. No coffee makers in the rooms and no place to get coffee nearby. They will deliver coffee to you, but not until 8am. Thank God I had one packet of Starbucks Via and the tap water got really hot!

We checked in late (7:30 pm) after a very long drive. Joy at reception was very friendly; the room was in the front of the property, so it was easy to get into quickly, carry bags, park. etc. Very nice hot shower and thick towels. Close to town - easy walk or 4 minute drive.
