The property is new but requires maintenance. Elevator usage is not allowed. Mattresses are very hard and not comfortable. Head clearance in bedroom very low and you risk to bump your head every morning and night. No internet in the bedrooms. Light bulbs either missing or not working especially in the bedrooms. Water pump malfunctioning. Stairs within the apartment very steep and narrow especially when taking luggage upstairs and downstairs.
