Very unpolite and rude service during check-out

Overall it is a nice place - however during check-out we encountered an issue with payment which was handled very unprofessional by the management. The behavior was uncalled for and I will in no way ever visit this place again and nor will any of our staff.

Ich war nur für eine Übernachtung Gast im Hotel, weshalb ich zu der Umgebung nichts von Relevanz sagen kann. Allerdings habe ich mich noch selten in einem Hotel so gut und freundlich aufgehoben gefühlt wie gerade hier. Ich werde das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Schloßhotel zu übernachten, und meine Erfahrung war durchweg positiv. Dieses Hotel hat sich als herausragend in mehreren Aspekten erwiesen. Sauberkeit: Das Hotel war makellos sauber. Von den Gästezimmern bis zu den öffentlichen Bereichen war alles in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Sauberkeit ist für mich ein entscheidendes Kriterium, und Schloßhotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Service: Der Service und der Besitzer im Hotel war einfach überragend. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, alle meine Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Sie haben meinen Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gestaltet und mir das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Essen und Frühstück: Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war erstklassig. Die kulinarische Vielfalt und Qualität waren beeindruckend. Besonders das Frühstück war spitze und bot eine breite Palette an Optionen, die jeden Geschmack befriedigten. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn Sie nach einem sehr schönen Hotel suchen, das erstklassigen Service, Sauberkeit und hervorragendes Essen bietet, dann sind Sie hier genau richtig. Tolles Hotel

Eines der besten Hotels, in dem ich in letzter Zeit geschlafen habe. Schöne Zimmer, ruhige Lage, gemütlicher Wellnessbereich mit 3 Saunen und überragendem Frühstücksbuffet. Und wirklich nettem und aufmerksamen Personal. Rundum zufrieden. Jederzeit wieder!!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Nettes Personal und Chef, schöner Wellnessbereich, Top-Lage im grünen, sehr ruhig, top Restaurant. Alles wunderbar. Würde glatt 9-10 Punkte geben. Leider lag in meinem Zimmer der Rest eines Hundeknochens. Also kein Knochen von einem Hund sondern ein Knochen an dem Hunde lutschen. Kann immer mal passieren. Kein Problem. Aber deshalb Abzüge von mir für diesen Aufenthalt. Beim nächsten Mal gibt es bestimm volle Punktzahl.
