Located away from the village very close to major tourist sites such as Sarlat, Rocamadour, Padirac our house is equipped with modern comfort.
On the ground floor two terraces giving access to a living room, dining room, kitchen area and two shower rooms. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher fridge / freezer
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, one family room with single bed and double bed plus one bedroom with bunk beds but sleeping up to 6
The house has a fenced plot of one hectare with two swimming pools, a heated swimming pool, a playground and a very pretty viewpoint over the surrounding countryside

Proper verblijf
Supermooie en grote tuin met 2 zwembaden en andere recreatieve spelen. Dichtbij het stadje souillac waar je alles kan vinden.

Belle propriété avec 2 piscines dans une des plus belles régions de France.
Je conseille ce très beau gîte de David et Beverley . L'accueil et les attentions généreuses de nos hôtes nous ont rendu le séjour chaleureux et agréable, malgré la grisaille de ce mois d'août.

UN HAVRE DE PAIX À LA CAMPAGNE
Nous avons été accueilli dans un très bel endroit par un couple fort chaleureux et toujours disponible et souriant pour ses hôtes.
Le gîte est un pur lieu de calme et de détente. Le cadre est idéal pour du repos et les espaces verts sont très beaux et très bien entretenus et aménagés pour favoriser la détente.
Et les enfants n'ont pas été oubliés... avec un terrain de foot, de badminton, un panier de basket, une table de ping-pong.... Et bien d'autres que je vous laisserai découvrir pour être tant surpris que moi à moi arrivée... Tout est vraiment conçus pour que enfants et parents passent un séjour agréable.
Les piscines sont aussi un lieu très bien aménagé et sécurisé.
Quant à notre logement... La Mesange bleue... Conforme au descriptif... Très charmant et avec une décoration très jolie. Là aussi que de petites attentions, à l'image des propriétaires toujours aux petits soins pour nous.
Et n'oublions pas le Cake au citron et la bouteille de vin pour nous accueillir... Un délice.
Bref un endroit où venir si l'on veut se reposer.
Et pour visiter, il faut obligatoirement prendre la voiture mais en ce qui nous concerne il était idéalement situé par rapport aux visites que nous avons faites.
