Hotel needs to have a stronger maintenance awareness. Check-in then found queen bedroom air-cond not working. Need to waste 2.5 hours waiting to get it repaired. Mechanic came to repair after 4-5 staffs coming to the room to verified. Giving the hotel maintenance team 3/10

They did not respond to my messages about picking us up at the airport but they did come get us so it was all fine. The young woman at the front desk at 6 am was lovely and took good care of us.

The staff was the best part of my visit. Casa helped me during a panic situation and saw to it that I was alright. She checked me in early to the last room she had available after I had been traveling for 3 days. She showed me where the breakfast was and helped me with my travel bag and nap sack to my room so I could sleep. I've never had kinder service in my life. I will always stay there when I'm in Fiji! Thank you, Casa and all of the staff at the Capricorn. The airport shuttle person was also extremely helpful to me at the airport as I needed wheelchair service. He saw to it that I got it! Thank you!!
