Highlights • Immaculate grounds: from the moment we drove into reception, the property looked stunning and well-kept. • Warm hospitality: staff greeted us with a cheerful Bula! Genuine smiles such generosity and politeness made us feel truly welcome. • Buffet breaky: was beyond the usual eggs and bacon, there was a wide variety incl Indian and Asian cuisine, freshly squeezed juices & unlimited coffee options. • Pools: were beautifully designed and easily accessible from our room. Staying in Room130, we loved having direct pool access from our sliding door, perfect for relaxation. Areas for Improvement • Room quality: it didn’t meet 5star expectations. It smelled old, vents were dusty, sheets smelt damp and off-white. The shower corners were dirty. The TV offered limited channels with no access to streaming apps. • Food & service costs: Restaurant prices felt excessive eg; $20 for a bowl of chips. Laundry services were also on the pricey side. • Cuisine variety: While the buffet offered international options, there was little representation of traditional Fijian food. We would have loved to see island inspired dishes esp fresh coconuts & more authentic Fijian flavors within the resort dining experience. Overall Crowne shines in hospitality & atmosphere esp the pools & breaky. However, room cleanliness, pricing & the absence of Fijian cuisine need attention to truly match the 5-star standard and give guests the authentic Fiji experience.

Pros: The people truly make this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. By the end of our trip, we were treated like family — especially by the incredible bar staff who made every visit memorable. Special mention to Esa, Waso, Semi, and the entire bar team for going above and beyond and truly making our trip special. The room was comfortable and clean, the service throughout our stay was excellent, and the add on breakfast buffet was worth it with great options and really good coffee. Overall, the facilities were well maintained and enjoyable. Cons: The room was a bit dim, especially the bathroom, which could use better lighting. A full-length mirror would have been helpful, and beach towels would be a nice addition, particularly since we had a pool right outside our room. Side note: We saw many reviews mentioning construction, but we experienced zero issues. If any work was being done, it was not noticeable at all and did not impact our stay. Overall, an amazing experience — we will absolutely be back and will happily recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Fiji. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel relaxed and well cared for throughout our stay. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located with stunning views and easy access to everything we needed. hotel generally amazing，staff are very friendly，but just we booked for 3ppl to stay and only 2set of bathroom and slipper supplied. I asked for a wheelchair accessible room but delayed communication email told 2days prior arrival that we have to book another extra room as it fits only 2ppl in one room. At end, we were given and double queen bed room. Overall, it's a nice stay.

The hotel is attractive with opulent features throughout. The pools are great for long swims and there are many to choose from. Good food choices and excellent staff. Close to Nadi airport. The beach is adjacent to the main commercial and industrial developments of Nadi so the water is not great. You’ll need to be farther away for snorkeling and diving. But can’t beat the convenience for access to the airport or when getting to/from the ferry. Will go back again.
