The resort is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely be back. We did notice the staff were very busy this time so it was more difficult to get the room serviced and being in the rooms closer to the entrance we found louder with travellers coming and going

The room was good, the staff very friendly and helpful. However, the restaurants are poor. Slow service, overcooked and dry food, and expensive. It is better to leave the resort and eat at the port.

The trip was great, overall everything was excellent, but the cleaning part of the room was a bit carelessness, no trash bag was put in the trash bin, clean towles were not replaced, requested but still not given.

The staff at the Hilton were beautiful and they made everything so easy. The views are incredible and the rooms are very spacious. This was the perfect resort for a large family of varying ages. Kids loved the pools and the poolside activities were lots of fun for all ages.

Hilton Denaru Fiji is just perfect not too pretentious. The dining superb. But it’s the Fijian people that are so beautiful and warm that makes it so special. Just go there.

The hotel is a water front property. Very nicely located. Fantastic staff and very helpful. Some minor attention to rooms such as keeping a shelf in thr shower would be helpful. The food quality was average to above average

the facilties are great! Adults only area is perfect. Staff are lovely. we paid for an early check in and arrived at 3pm and had to wait 45 mins for our room which was disappointing. we had a small issue at one of the bars but spoke to a food and beverage manager and it was sorted very quickly ( thanks Melissa) the property is getting a bit dated - room's wise but the facilities are great and the bar/ restaurants are great

We love the Hilton but we think the hotel is very rundown . We had water running down the walls when it rained which was okay since it was hot. However, it is a bit cheaper than the other hotels but still expensive for the condition of the hotel.
