We only stayed for 1 night, the idea being somewhere to stop when we first land. The bedroom itself was fine, the bathroom had a really damp smell, and the whole room & hotel seems tired & needs a bit of love. Not what you would expect for a relatively new hotel. You get what you pay for, but we’d be unlikely to stay again. Some of the staff worked extremely hard, especially the bar staff in the upstairs bar. They could have done with extra staff, as one person was not enough but she really went out of her way! Not a biggy but our booking said welcome drink on arrival and this was not received which was fine but I feel the mama & love of the hotel was missing. It’s fine for what you pay

Overall a very good property for the price that I paid. The staff were absolutely amazing, Jope in particular was super helpful and when the balcony door to my original room wasn't locking, he arranged an alternative with no pain. The bed was super comfortable and the room service for one of my meals was top notch. The breakfast was of nice quality, however not as diverse as others that I have stayed with. Only complaint for breakfast service would be, tables often are cleaned quickly enough for 2nd round of guests (could be an isolated event) The location is super handy, access to supermarket up the road, great parking and the two restaurants on site make it enjoyable. My stay was short so didn't use any other facilities. Whilst a new property, some features are looking dated. The AC in both rooms didn't do a good job of cooling but the ceiling fan helped compensate. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property to others

We found this hotel perfect for our overnight stay. The room was clean, bathroom was nice, air-con worked fine in the room. A big draw to this hotel is the roof-top pool, the view is incredible! (Unfortunately it was rainy so we didn’t swim). Breakfast had an interesting assortment of options, we enjoyed the freshly made omelettes. Would stay again.

Good if you are on a budget. Pool on the roof and view is great. Staff really good. Rooms are comfortable. Could do with an upgrade and you get loads of bugs in the bathroom coming out of every crack/extractor. Pool needed cleaning desperately with loads of bugs and scum along the water edge on the tiles that were not cleaned in the 2 weeks we stayed. Food was ok for lunch and dinner but breakfast was mainly aimed for other cultures than the Aussies or brits. All in all it was a pleasant stay but if I had the money, the marina hotels would get my business.
