Administration was terribly slow & frustrating. Numerous requests to try to join Rewards program! 1st nite we had little sleep in Lv 2 King Room with Beach Club noise beside. Discovered Live Band's play Thurs-Sun!! 2nd nite ok (Rtn fr Islands) as on opposite side after change request!

I had the worst sleep ever in a hotel at this place. It was a Friday night so you expect a bit of noise. But it seemed like every time someone in the building moves a chair or shuts a door, there’s a loud noise. Also there were men, I think neighbours to the hotel, talking loudly in Fijian until 3.30am. Not the hotels fault but if you have trouble sleeping through noise be careful about this hotel.

The hotel itself was great, staff lovely and helpful. The unfortunate part was that my room was next to the Wailoaloa Beach Club, and their music was very loud late into the night which made sleep almost impossible.... for someone that had to work the next day. My trip to Fiji was business related.
