The rooms were very clean and the linens and towels were always very clean and fresh every day. The staffs were all so very welcoming with beautiful smiles and all were very polite and respectful. The fridges were all so bad and cold to put any food or drink! Infact on our fist day, we noticed the fridge wasn't working at all as they said it's a chiller. But after 5 daysof complaining about it, the handy man finally came and see that it's trully not working. But even replacing it to another one was no difference! We stayed 12 days, but we got the same complain from other visitors staying there. They are tiny little black box that doesn't look at all like a fridge. To be paying that amount for one night, and the hotel said to be only 7 months, it's very disappointing! Why can't they supply real mini fridges? Also the hotel needs to have a laundry for customers staying at the hotel. So we don't have to go looking for laundry all around town. Other hotels like Holiday Inn that we stayed in in Suva Fiji, has a laundry , with few washing machines and dryer. We stayed 12days in the hotel and were having trouble finding a laundry. I had to pay $30 taxi to drive me to a place to have our clothes washed. Need to have a room with computers and printers for guests with arise unforseen circumstances. Need another lift, it takes too long and waiting and every one wants to go up and down. One is not enough. Need to put real live flowers not plastic flowers displayed in the dining area.

at the checking in we were asked to give a 250$ fj$ security fee that would be booked from our credit cards. we had booked n paid via expedia - we had to give the cash amount - i'm not sure about their experience with guests but to me it never happend before / i have always only been asked for it for mini bar use - not for damage - did we as a mixed couple with a child look like we would vandalize the room ? sad impression that clouded the entire experience

The best eggs benedict! great service! clean! Great view! Only thing is the insanely bright lighting in the lobby at night. It kills the mood completely. Simple change to golden light that doesn't blind you.

The hotel was okay overall but not great. The room was clean and the location was convenient, which was a plus. However, it felt a bit dated and didn’t quite meet expectations for the Wyndham brand. Service was average and there wasn’t anything that really stood out. Fine for a short stay, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again unless for convenience.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault the room or the cleanliness — everything was immaculate and very well maintained. The cleaning staff were outstanding, especially Francis and Lanny, who truly went above and beyond. They looked after everything and always made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this hotel and its fantastic team.

We thought we have found a good hotel this time in Fiji. The receptionist upon arrival was a good experience with a smooth and friendly staff. Breakfast the next days is also fine with good food too. There’s also nice service desk lady that provide us superb assistance for the activity going to malamala island. But the check-out experienced is really scary we felt that upon check-out the staff was too long to respond to us maybe 10mins before he said something, then he said that there’s a huge blood stain in one of the pillow. So I asked calmly are you sure it’s our room number, he paused again and said yes then I asked what part of the pillow because it was clean before we go out from the room and we made sure that we have locked it so only staff can get there. The staff said it’s in the back of the pillow, then I asked again can I see it upstairs, then he paused again for another 3 mins and show me in the image in the computer screen. Upon seeing the blood then I ask again that’s a very fresh stain so if it’s at the back of the pillow why is that the sheets has no stain? Then I ask to see it upstairs, then he told me that the cleaner already got it. He asked if we got lipstick that could have caused it, so I politely tell them we don’t have lipstick just lip balm, no wounds and no period as well. From my perspective the stain is very fresh, so it looks like it was just put it on there while we are waiting at the check-out counter. We told them that this is a scary event.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet my basic standards of cleanliness or upkeep. The most concerning issue was seeing a rodent trap placed in the hallway, which is not something guests should ever encounter in a common area. The property overall appeared poorly maintained, with visible signs of neglect that made me uncomfortable. Because of these conditions, I chose not to stay even one night and booked accommodations elsewhere instead. Cleanliness and proper maintenance are essential for a pleasant experience, and this location fell short in both areas. I would not return.
