My only complaint is that Orbitz seen as 3rd party on checkin. It takes time for them to find the email. Same for all 3 checkins. They do not recognize that i stayed 3 times with only 2 day laps. They do not have appreciation for repeat customer.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel and room are clean, the staff is nice and courteous and the breakfast is good. The location is perfect for bus travelers like us since it's right across the Bicol Central Terminal.

Great stay and great price.

The hotel is right across the street from the bus terminal. It was a very short walk. Our departure bus was late evening and we paid 500 pesos to remain in room until 5 pm. Then they were nice enough to keep our bags 2 more hours. The staff was helpful and polite. Response to our needs was almost instant.

It’s a good hotel, but could use a stricter cleaning policy. I have used this hotel multiple times and it’s pretty consistent. The plumbing to the rooms does not include hot water, as many hotels in Philippines. It’s probably the best you will find at a bargain price.

Hotel.com are thieves.

Hotels.com are liars and thieves. The hotel was underwater from a flood. Hotel.com knew this and still booked my room. Neither hotel.com, nor the hotel itself will give a refund on a room that was under water when booked.
