Modern hotel within walking distance of Shinjuku

This was a very modern hotel with more space than we experienced with other Tokyo hotels (not a lot, but more than others). The facilities are very clean and were very secure. Although the hotel was on a major road, it was very quiet and within walking distance to Shinjuku area. For the price and comfort, I would stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

It’s fit the need, no frills

We picked this hotel for a family of 3. 2 parents and 1 child (4). Location in town is kinda out of the way but we had a car and the temple was about 10 min drive away. Parking is good because it’s right next to the front door. Room was clean but beds were small. There’s a “bonus room” which opens via 4 sliding doors. We had our daughter sleep in that room and we pushed the beds together. There’s a closet in the “bonus room” with mats you can put on the floor. I think there were 4 mats. The pillows and blankets were stained and not covered. There’s no blinds in this room for the only window so I had to Jerry rig 2 mats up against the window so my daughter didn’t wake us up at 5am. Overall the room is small. Bathroom is small. You use the sink for the shower water. Staff was accommodating but nothing special.
