Very convenient location, across the street from the train station. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and speak enough English to be able to communicate effectively. They helped me complete a shipping paperwork to ship one of our larger suitcase to another hotel in Yokohama. The rooms are standard size for business hotel, but certainly small compared to hotels in USA. That said, comfortable and clean rooms. This is our 5th time staying here and will stay again in the future.

Cozy and reasonably priced

The property is located in a convenient location with lots of dining options. There is busy night life in the neighbourhood which may feel dodgy to walk solo at night but Japan is a very safe country as a whole. Rooms are small but clean. We booked separate rooms for each of us and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were newly refurbished and very clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Public parking was available within a short walk. All in all, a comfortable quick stop on a road trip.
