Very clean room and the images on hotels.com were accurate in person. Enjoyed the onsen and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was best aspect of this hotel, it being in the centre on china town and close to all the tourist attractions.

Terrific location close to great shopping, interesting restaurants & attractions of interest. The food quality of the breakfast served is of a high standard. The onsen is also excellent, especially having an outdoor hot pool; wonderful to relax after a long day starring up at the night sky! All of the staff members we dealt with were polite, helpful & professional. We would definitely stay again when visiting Nagasaki 🇯🇵.

This hotel was one of my favourite hotel. Room was cozy, nice, tidy and modern. They had washer and dryer so i could do the laundry. There's paid vehicle parking at a discounted rate in the multi-storey carpark beside the hotel. There's a nice small japanese restaurant beside the hotel on the ground floor that sells excellent grilled Saba fish and unagis. It's a nice walkable distance to the nearby shopping street with alot of food there as well.
