Super comfortable place! Fantastic forest and ocean view from room & rooftop balcony!! Great hospitality and kind support by owner. Perfect equipment for BBQ! Definitely come back and stay again!!!

民泊の難しさを思い知った

一戸建という事で事前にチェックインの方法についてメールにて質問したが返信なし。 宿泊当日、宿泊先についたが誰もおらず途方に暮れる。 なんとかオーナーと連絡がとれたが「鍵は開けてあるので、勝手に宿泊してくれ」との趣旨の電話で終わる。 【施設の概要】 ○2階建の2階部分。1階は無人。 ○広いワンルーム。エアコンの効きが悪く日中は暑い。 ○カーテンの寸法が足りず、窓全部を閉められない窓あり。 ○日中、近所から人の叫び声と思しき声が延々と聞こえ落ち着かず。 ○家電製品の説明書がなく、宿の関係者の来訪もないため、何をどう使って良いか分からず。 ○トイレ、洗面所、シャワー室の排水口からの汚物の臭いがする。 ○布団を敷いて寝たが虫に噛まれた。 ○冷蔵庫に使用済の調味料かそのまま。 2泊の予定だったが、我慢しながら滞在する理由もないので、1泊で退去した。当然払い戻しもなし。 高い授業料だったが勉強になった。
