The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown. Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)

I punti di forza dell'hotel a luglio 2025 sono: - la cortesia e professionalità del personale - la pulizia - la qualità del sonno - la posizione. Da rivedere tutto il resto: utilizzabile una sola presa di corrente in stanza e lontana dai letti a cui è collegata una multipresa, mancanza di una presa di corrente vicino ai letti e di luce per la lettura, arredi in stanza minimalisti con assenza di un appendiabiti a muro e di un appoggia valigie, antenna tv non funzionante, letti realizzati con le sole reti ma materassi comodi. Solo due plafoniere con luci a neon (tra l'altro l'interruttore vicino al letto comanda la lampada più lontana e in prossimità dell'ingresso), porte e maniglie elementari, sanitari ed accessori bagno datati, scalinata all'ingresso che rende inaccessibile l'hotel ai disabili, nessun minibar in stanza. Buona la pulizia, nonostante la presenza della moquette. Colazione con prodotti di buona qualità e varia nell'offerta, senza sprechi. Discreto il caffè. Servizio bar assente ed affidato a distributori automatici o ad una lista in prossimità di un frigo per il self service. Piscina piccola (vale la pena di tenerla?). Wi-Fi buono. Camera spaziosa e luminosa - peccato per i disabili - sala colazione ampia e buona con visuale eccezionale. Personale personale di sala, della reception e addetti alle pulizie si sono tutti prodigati a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Tre stelle "minimal", prezzo qualità appena sufficiente per un hotel di tale categoria in zona.

Otrolig utsikt från lobby, pool, frukost serveringen och rummet. Familjerummet hade en stor terass med utsikt mot sjön. Nära att gå till stränder och byn. Parkering i P-hus 800 m bort inkluderat eller mot avgift på gatan utanför. Hotellet har några år på nacken. Hade det varit nybyggt hade nog priset varit det dubbla. Rekommenderas.
