The bed was too firm for our liking and the bathroom and bath was very small. Otherwise the staff was very pleasant, the hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to Nagoya station in the morning.

The stay overall was great. But they are very strict on the 3pm check in time unless you want to pay extra per hour. I arrived 30 min before check in and they wanted to charge me an extra hour to check in early, so I decided to wait until 3. The lobby was full of people trying to check in at 3, which would not have been the case if they had let people check in even a little bit early.

Property was in a good spot has a nice indoor spa. One major thing that happened for my one night of staying was a whole Assassin Bug that was in my room and was very bothersome to deal with. It changed my mindset and made me think not all hotel rooms are fully cleaned out I guess. Overall not bad.
