Hotel has a very simple aesthetic but has everything you need. The washroom was surprisingly spacious and lots of counter space. The room layout was also good with a lot of desk space for placing items. Check in and out process was also efficient. Overall no complaints and would stay again.

Helpful staff. Clean room. Simple design. Nice bathroom with a large tub for relaxing. Walkable area.The walls and windows were a little thin so you could hear other guests and traffic, but it did not keep us awake.

Nice hotel to consider for Nagoya trip

Overall hotel is good but minus some points as the room is kind of dusty when I checked in (bathroom door is dusty and pillow has some dust on it). Location wise it's quite a quiet area but just a few streets away is the Sakemachi station area where tons of nightlife and entertainment can be found. Located between two metro stations, it is a convenient location for staying. Another con is there is only 1 elevator for the entire building so sometimes there is a wait.

Really good location. Within very close walking distance to the train and just overall walking distance to a lot of the tourist places. Staff was friendly, room was clean and was an easy check in/out process. Highly recommended!

A pair of dried contact lens were found on the bedside table. Staff were super nice, even though I don’t know Japanese. The bed and the duvet are super comfortable. Not enough hangers and wardrobe. If I could have some more hangers, I still couldn’t find any places to hang my clothes. No place for me to hand the towels in the bathroom. Yet, the bathroom is very spacious with a large bathtub. Location is great. Quiet location, but not far away from Sakae or Nagoya station. I could even walk to Sakae and Nagoya stn. A number of convenience stores were nearby. No windows in the room, which is a little bit disappointed. But I totally understand this is not the fault of the hotel. No worries. I will recommend this hotel to the others.

This is a very conveniently placed hotel which is almost brand new. Staff were great and room was clean and had all necessary amenities. We did not have a window in the bedroom, just one in the bathroom facing another building, but for our short stay it was totally alright. Will come back again!
