我經常入住日航酒店，very goog hotel 但今次入住，早上起床，所有電話及電腦，wifi可以連上路由器，但沒有互聯網，向前台反應，回覆沒有發現問題! 約早上10時外出，下午5時回酒店後，網絡正常. 第二天早上wifi正常使用中，在7:30時突然下線，沒有互聯網，再次向前台反應，回覆沒有發現問題! 我無論在之前行程及之後繼續行程，在其它酒店，都沒有這種問題發生

The room is big by other hotels (same tier) in Japan. The bed was big and hardness of the mattress is just right. The pillows are a bit too soft. The bathroom was fantastic due to the layout and very spacious!! It would be great if they have at least 1 English programme on top of the CNN. Unfortunately, during the day the CNN was dubbed into Japanese. Only around 11pm the Japanese dubbing was removed. The dubbing should be removed and replaced by Japanese subtitles. Overall still excellent.

This hotel is really nice and clean. Definitely one of the more spacious hotel rooms we have stayed at in Japan. There is not much around - a lot was closed while we were there so that does impact my rating. It’s a nice walk to Nagoya station.

IT WAS AMAZING. STAFF WAS KIND AND CONSIDERATR. THEY OFFER MAKEUPROOM SERVICE EVERYDAY. THE CLEANNESS WAS VERY GOOD. I STAYED AT TWIN ROOM. THE TWIN BED WAS WIDE. SO I COULD SLEEP WITH MY TWO GRANDSONS. THE BEDDING WAS COMFORTABL AND CLEAN. THE BATHROOM WAS SPACIOUS, CLEAN AND LARGE.

Everything is fine. Frontdesk staff helped to call one of the attractions to enquire about opening and reservation. Room size is decent. Located in a quiet area, quite a walk to Nagoya station.
