Helpful reception staff who answered my questions, request for a fan, even weighing scale for my luggage. Free drinks and amenities in the lobby were nice touches that show they care for their guests. When cleaning of room was not required, it was a nice touch too they provided a sleeping eye mask as a reward. A little inexpensive but useful item that tell the guests they matter. ACTUALLY, towels need not be changed daily that will help being more eco friendly. Encourage customers to put back their hair brushes they obtained during their stay for sterilisation like in most spas. More recycling efforts too could be enhanced. Location is relatively cpnvenient with4 convenice stores - 7-11, Familymart, 2 Lawsons. Dining places are aplenty around the area too.
