Arrived in the evening for check-in; staff was very kind and attentive, knowing enough English to help English speaking guests. The room itself had some wear and tear, but overall was clean. The onsen bathhouse was simple, but very nice and relaxing. Right across from the train staton, which is really convenient.

The hotel was a 2 minute walk from the closest train station making travel incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average but appreciated. The room did have some scuff marks along the walls but was clean upon arrival. Since the hotel is close to a train station you will hear the trains pass by intermittently.

先日宿泊しました。まず立地がとても良く、移動や食事にも困らず便利でした。 大浴場がとても快適で、館内着のまま行けるのが嬉しかったです。さらに、大浴場へ行く動線が入館時とは別のエレベーターになっているため、館内着のままでも私服の方と顔を合わせることがなく、リラックスして利用できたのが印象的でした。 館内着自体も着心地が良く、滞在中ずっと快適に過ごせました。 また、アメニティも充実していて、フェイスパックや足のリフレッシュシート、ホットアイマスクをいただけて、ちょっとしたご褒美感があって良かったです。化粧水などもいただけて助かりました。 全体的に細やかな配慮が行き届いていて、とても満足度の高い滞在でした。また利用したいと思います。

デラックスツインで一泊お世話になりました。 線路沿いだったため、列車通過時の音が少し気になりました。 メインのエレベーターからは一番離れていましたが、大浴場に行くエレベーターには近かったため夜と朝に利用させていただきました。 ホテルは立地もよく、館内もお部屋も清潔でアメニティも充実、朝食は特別感はありませんが十分だと思います。 名古屋での宿泊は初めてでしたが、個人的には全てにおいて丁度いいホテルでした。
