Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Beware of this place. I booked it because of the price and because it offered free parking. There was 6 parkings which had already been filled up and I had to go park like 5 minutes away and pay 500yen. Then I walked into the room and there was 2 small stains on the comforter, I moved it away to check out the mattress and to my dismay there was a whole pool of dried blood on the comforter as well as a handprint in blood! I went to the front desk and they just looked shocked and refused to give me a refund. I am still waiting on Expedia to give me a refund.
