Total scam, pictures did not match the room they gave us. When asked they said, it must be a mistake, but they pit pictures from another building. Location is also misleading. It says is close to the toyota museum and it is almost an hour in uber from it. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Extremely hard to get there and to leave from it. Room was dirty and looked extremely old. Impossible to sleep there. I called orbitz to report it, and hotel did not want to do a refund even when i showed them the evidence of the pictures. Worst hotel in Japan

館内は新しい建物ではありませんが、お掃除が行き届いて清潔でした。部屋の水道を使うと音が鳴るのが気になります。 朝食は一つ一つ小鉢に入っていて食べ切れるサイズでフードロス防止になりますね。ご飯は硬すぎず柔らかすぎず丁度良い硬さで大変美味しかったです。飲み物に牛乳があったのが嬉しかったです。中浴場のバス浴槽の温度がお湯の水道で調節できて体が温まり旅の疲れが取れました。水筒持参だったのでスタッフさんにお願いしたら氷を入れて下さり大変親切でした。お陰様で良い旅ができました。有難うございました。

コスパは悪いです。

コスパ的に物足りなさを感じた。立地も周りに何もなく、寝るしかない。宿泊だけを取れば問題ないように見えるが、あれだけの価格を取るのであれば、設備を改善してほしい。もう2000円くらい出せば、市街地の方でも泊まれる価格。ドライヤーは古いため威力が弱く、乾かすのに時間がかかるし、テレビも平成初期の頃の古いもので、とにかく価格を考えるとガッカリ。。 朝食も朝早く出ないといけなかったので、食べれない。素泊まりの設定も作って欲しい。 これといっていいと思うものはなかったので、次回も使いたいとは思わない。

ホテルのお中風呂は激戦区。

夜の食事も、定食スタイルで、まあまあでした。 朝もバイキングスタイルで、まあまあでしたが、一口小鉢は少し気に成りました。もう少し、大きくても良いのかな。一番ダメは、ホテルのお風呂です。 男性は、6人位、女性は、2~3人位のお風呂ですが、団体様が常に入っており、等々、入ることは出来ませんでした。 その為、近くのスーパー銭湯まで外出する事と成りました。 もう少し、他のお客様の配慮していたら良いのにと考えてくれたら良いですね。

豊田ICに隣接しており、駐車場も潤沢にあるので車での出張に便利。 施設は古さが目立つが出張であれば許容範囲内です。 無料の朝食ブュッフェは多くのメニューが小鉢で提供されておりラップもかけてあり衛生的で気持ちよかったです。 華やかさはないですが実用的で良いホテルだと思います。 チェックインが遅かったので大浴場に入れなかったのが残念です。朝風呂はないそうです。

ホテルの場所が分かり辛かったです。高速近くは良いのですが、土地勘がない人にとってはナビでも迷います。 朝食は品数多く、美味しかったです。 不満としては、部屋のお風呂が古くて狭いのと、廊下の音が部屋に丸聞こえだったので少し気になりました。 スタッフサービスもよく、それ以外は高評価です。
