Hotel is conveniently located near a train station for our commute to the airport early next morning. We were given a room on the second floor and despite the only window in the room being sealed with silicone we could hear hotel guests chatting in the car park below late at night. Otherwise, the room is serviceable.

I love the location of the property. It is very close to the train station and local restaurants. I would like to make two suggestions for improvement: safes in every room, and a resumption of daily housekeeping. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

What I loved about this hotel was that, unlike other Japanese hotels, the rooms were big, and easy to move around in. Most Japanese Hotel rooms are basically closets with a bed. The only improvement I could think of would be to make indoor safes (for personal valuables) available in all the rooms.

Family with two kids in elementary and a one year old staying in a triple room. The room was great. The size of the room was fine for 5 people. Breakfast was ok. The are fit us well. Only downside was that it is quite far from Nagoya. We loved that we could walk to the beach, the american Diner and Aeon mall. At the mall there is a lot of activities for kids. Another good thing was that there is a convenience store just across the street from the hotel.

早餐有㸃失望，食物没有保温不太熱，炒意粉有㸃凍，只有熱湯熱飯可以接受，以￥1700日元一位價錢有㸃失望，另外温泉溫度偏低有㸃失望！其他方面都滿意，希望酒店可以多加進步！
