スタッフさんの対応が凄く良いホテル

熱田神宮詣の為に予約しました。予約の部屋の空気清浄機の不具合をフロントに伝えたところ快く対応して頂き、ランクアップの部屋に直ぐに替えて頂いて 有り難かったです。 お陰でゆっくりした時間を過ごさせて頂きました。 また利用したいと思います。
