Also for your enjoyment, appreciate having access to a boat ramp. Inside, lounge on the soft sofa while tuning into a movie on the large TV. Or, don your chef\'s hat and cook up a masterpiece in the full kitchen. With its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space - cooking is made easy! Dine family-style at the colorful dining table. In the bedrooms, find playful pops of color and ample sprawling space. Additional interior perks include; a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. When you simply want to soak in the sunshine, head for one of the home\'s multiple balconies and get some Vitamin D! This home can be rented together with Dockside Landing and Bikini Bottom Things to Know

- All guests shall abide by us’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- This rental is for the top unit only, with a private entrance. The downstairs unit could be occupied by other tenants with no interior access between floors.
