Welcome to" Shore Leave"(NH-46). Our intimate oceanfront vacation house nestled in the serene beauty of Nags Head. Originally a cherished primary residence, this great 4-bedroom ocean front house has a private hot tub, pet friendly, and is in a great location! Close walk to ice cream, a great surfing school, restaurants and more!



Top floor: Expansive Ocean views. Great deck with table and bar seating. Great room w/ large screen TV - living, kitchen, bar, dining. King bedroom w/ TV, Full Bathroom.

Middle floor: more ocean views, private hot tub (4). 2 Queen bedrooms w/ TVS, 1 bedroom with duo bunk w/ TV. Full hall bath. Laundry.

Ground floor: Outside shower, Gas Grill, Enclosed pet area, house entrance.

Extras: Bed linens & bath towels, bathmats provided, WIFI, 5 TVs, Outside Shower, Gas Grill, Ocean Front. Parking for 6. Pet fee for 2 dog max is $210 (plus tax).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

We had a perfect week! Enjoyed staying right on the beach. Very clean home. Great ocean views. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Three story home from garage to living room so a lot of stairs. Pet friendly. Very good location. Walk to restaurants, ice cream and Food Lion.
