Wonderful hotel…except there is no elevator! King bed room is extra large…not much decor..nothing fancy…it is clean! Top floor has nice views of the ocean but those stairs… There is a luggage elevator.

We were not expecting to not have an ocean front room. The steps up to the room were uncovered and it was very uncomfortable for my wife who had recently had an injection in her knee. We ha e been happy with our room before when we have stayed there but we were very disappointed with our room this time.

Not quite as expected

My bad. I didn't read the description accurately and believed my room included a full kitchen. It did not, just a refrigerator and micro with no plates or silverware. I had brought dinner from home and ended up eating out. I must admit I enjoyed eating out with many restaurants from which to choose. The room was clean and offered a dune view. We could hear the crashing surf and see the ocean at the end of the complex walkway. I did not see a swimming pool or a building that looked like it housed an indoor pool, so check before booking if it's important to you. The room's furniture were a mismatch of styles. There was only one chair for the room., and no closet. This was a budget room. Really not enough negatives to whine about. Just don't expect the Ritz. Had a good time.

If you are looking for anything nice, this is not the hotel. Had it not been Labor Day weekend, I would have found somewhere else to stay. The room wasn’t very clean, stains on the towels and the walls were gross. Wiped water off the floor and towel was dirty from it. Had to have the AC very cold to keep the room from feeling gross.

It was nice

This was our first time staying in seven years and it now has a new management. Check-in was a breeze. We appreciated the updates however there needs to be a new stove ASAP. Everything else was fine great location!
