Very clean and spacious, almost everything you could want. Be sure you're up to climbing stairs. Neighbors were great. There were a few things that we spoke to Phil about and he was quick to rectify. I would stay again and recommend for a great vacay!

This property was awesome. There were 10 people in our group there was plenty of space. The house and property was in great shape and very well maintained. It was close distance to grocery shopping and beach access while being in a peaceful area. Kitchen was well appointed and the outdoor areas were all well lit. Would definitely return!

Wonderful new rental

Beautiful and spacious brand new home. We were first tenants in this home and we were very impressed with the amenities, bedding, room and modern appliances. Great for a large family or even 2 small families. Great location to public beach access.
