When we arrived the toilet would not flush, workman was there as we were checking in. Sheets had not been changed on bunk beds. They were urine stained, new sheets were delivered, and when we made the beds, there were dirty socks in it. None of the t.v.s were in service and were not fixed until 3 days into our stay. Closet doors off of the track, sofa was broken with torn material. Dining room chairs were filthy as were throw rugs and one rug was wet and on the deck on the second floor. Storage room with beach supplies very disorganized and unable to even walk through it. Bugs on the walls and ceilings in bedrooms downstairs. Ceiling water damage. All bedroom carpets filthy and stained. Prongs sticking up out of the hot tub. Dissappointed and disgusted doesn't even begin to explain this horrible experience as it was part of a Christmas gift for our grandchildren.
