The clubhouse pool and community boat ramp are available for nominal fees. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA.
Each room is air-conditioned with mini-splits.
Beach Towels and Beach Chairs are NOT included.
