The house was very accommodating for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Our stay coincided with storms and the beaches were closed, so we were so grateful for the pool! Great location. The main road is a bit noisy at night, being a block away behind the house. Overall, it was a wonderful family vacation and the house was very comfortable with great amenities.

This house was the perfect stay. It’s a great location, we were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, walkway/boardwalk in minutes. The house Is brand new & flawless. If you like to stay in a home that feels like you own this Is the place for you. There Is plenty of space & the house Is extremely clean. We have 2 small dogs & the fenced in yard was secure & we were able to relax with them outside. The host, Natalia, Is extremely responsive, attentive & genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. She answered me within minutes & was so helpful. 10/10 Recommend this property. This was our first vacation with our new baby & the homes cleanliness, newness & Location made it perfect. We will be back!

End of summer family vacation

The house is beautiful and very well designed with nothing left out. Loved the separate living areas on the three different levels. Usually we avoid the basement but at this house even the basement was a hit. The pool and hot tub are perfectly sized for the house and everything is brand new and very clean. The community was very family friendly and the beach access was just a short bike ride away. You can also park at one of the many free beach access lots. Location is right in the heart of the OBX so there are endless restaurants and activities all within a few miles.

Pace Stay

We really enjoyed our few days at the beach. House was great. I would suggest offering towels (bath and wash cloths) and clothes hangers in the closets. House was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. If we return to OBX, we would stay here again. The pet we thought we were bringing stayed home with the other set of grandparents. Thank you, Angela
