Great Location, Needs a remodel and thorough clean

Great Location, Needs a remodel and thorough clean. The floors were clean and the location is close to everything. But there is mold in the bathroom, lots of remodeling that needs to be done, especially the bathroom. So many beds but only 1 bathroom makes it difficult to get ready. Hard to find the location on the first day as well. The towels and sheets smelled of sweat so we got our own. This place has a lot of potential.
