The property is very new and clean. The owner provide insteuction for appliances and cooking utensil. The view from balcony is great. The use of mobile app to open the lobby and door key is convenient. We are a group of four and we had a relax and comfy stay. We will certainly stay here again next time!

チェックインが難しすぎます 前日までにQRコードとチェックインコードが送信されたのにそれではチェックインできず現場に着いてから別のアプリでしか入室できません その上ユーザーコードを知らされていないのでログインもできず カスタマーセンターに電話すること2回、やっと入室できたのは1時間後、高齢の同室者を外で待たせてしまいました 室内がとてもキレイだったのにそこが残念でした 他の方の口コミも同様なものがあったので、もう少しわかりやすくしてもらいたいです
