New hotel with equal pros and cons.

New hotel so condition of establishment is generally pleasing and comfortable. Twin room is considerably of good size given Japanese standards. Was initially attracted by the fact that this hotel has a rooftop pool which is rare for a moderate chained hotel… However the pool is small, it gets packed easily especially with families of holiday-makers… I have no chance at all to get into the pool throughout my 7 nights stay. Hotel is easy to walk from Asahibashi monorail station given if it does not rain… We were there during rainy season and getting out or walking back to hotel become almost impossible without getting drenched in rain. Housekeeping standards is not consistent, supplies not replenished regularly. Overall it’s a nice new hotel to stay given the reasonable rates.

酒店裝修、環境、床的軟硬度、插孔多少等都很滿意。今次被安排了corner room，間隔像個C字，感覺比預期細。有些可以改善的：房間清潔時馬桶像沒有清潔好；浴室沒有地方放東西，希望加裝鈎；mini bar只有咖啡沒有茶包；雪櫃不夠冷。下次來沖繩都會選擇入住。

訂標準4人，但我們只有3人，臨時改成3人房但室內空間跟4人完全相同，只是沙發沒換成行軍床 沒浴缸，室內空間偏小，但優點就是新，兩個29行李箱要同時展開有點困難，行李架也用不上 入住手續感覺職員還要看紙本的樓層房間表才能確認房型，還在上手中，態度有點緊張，每位櫃台人員都有翻譯用的手機供雙向溝通 離輕軌旭橋真的近，兩步路就有lowson及7-11，很適合台灣人的生活模式，隔天一早7點搭計程車到機場1600円，也很好叫車

房間非常舒適，這間飯店房間裡還有沙發，一般這個價位在日本只有普通商旅大小，頂樓餐廳，泳池也很舒適。

整體非常優秀

因為隔天要回國，所以選擇距離機場近一點的飯店。這個飯店很新，有停車場，一天1800日圓，以0.2下去算360台幣還行，附近的可能800日圓，但是都客滿。旁邊有超市，有牛排館（好多人排隊），最終找到距離500公尺的燒肉店，很好吃。大廳人員非常友善、親切，而且動作很快速，第一觀感很優秀。再看看大樓陳設的座位等待區，整個感覺是有設計感的擺飾，而且坐著也很舒服。幾乎每個樓層都有洗衣機，我是沒看到烘衣機 ，還是一體的，沒注意到。14樓游泳池很優耶，而且提供免費飲品到晚上20:00，所以建議入住的朋友，chick-in後，外面吃完飯之後再上去游泳，喝飲料，我看很多小朋友都玩得很開心。總之整體我都是打滿分💯！

夜フロントにいた眼鏡をかけた3〜40代の男性スタッフが本当にいい人で、気さくに話してくれた。愛想悪いスタッフもいたけど、暑い中車庫を開ける時もそのスタッフは嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれた。また行きたい。

因為是新飯店．所以硬體設備都很不錯．三家便利商店富附近都有，離國際通作計程車大約７００日圓． 住三天房間是不是會打掃的．但會再提供毛巾跟水，掛在門口． 比較可惜的是．入住的時候就提出要住宿證明，請我們退房再索取，實際退房當下沒有準備好．現場才準備．且為手寫版本．要用印還沒有印泥可以用．因為要趕飛機，只能接受手寫版本．後續有再連絡飯店需要有印章的版本．等消息中．
