Four bedrooms, 3 upstairs with private bathrooms, one bedroom downstairs with both bedroom and separate common room access to connected bathroom. Three bedrooms with queen sized beds, one bedroom with a full-sized bed and one queen-sized pull-out couch; sleeps 10 comfortably.
Upstairs, main level, full kitchen with gas cook stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, dining and living room space with electric fireplace and with access to the deck overlooking the bay.
Downstairs includes an ADA compliant bedroom suite, a bar room, kitchenette, living space with electric fireplace and ground level access to the back yard.
