Everything was great except that they lost my luggage when I checked in. They took my bag to another guest's room and that guest called the front desk repeatedly but no one answered. I called the front desk repeatedly over an hour and finally tracked my bag down as I waited at the front desk and the guest returned the bag themself

I liked their dazzling white beddings and towels. I didn't move around the property except gocto the restaurant, so I can't say much about the area around the property. However I was particularly impressed with the services and professionalism os the hostess and her team that I desired to give them a Tip but alas, I was at the end of my trip and didn't have more than I paid for my meal,

Rooms are nice and clean. Room lighting is great. However, unanswered customer service desk calls is very common. Seems they have very few staff. Sometimes checking in is very slow because of the one to two staff available at check-in. When tired from a long trip, this can be frustrating.

This is a five star hotel located in an industrial area. For a night or.two stay prior to or following a flight it is perfect. They have airport pickup and drop off services. Outside the grounds is a night club called the Tunnel. If you are a light sleeper, request a room over looking the pool. The breakfast buffett is great. The room rates are good value for the high quality of the hotel. Dining and drinks on the other hand are a little exoensive.....but what do you expect from a hotel of this quality.
