The staff was Great! The food in the Indian restaurant was excellent. The room was The reason it has 4 stars is because if you want to do anything outside of the hotel, you need transportation; it is pretty far out of town. There are Uber, Bolt, Private Service and Taxis.

Wow, where do I even begin? The staff at Gle Nairobi were absolutely incredible. They didn’t just do their jobs—they welcomed us like family. From sharing laughs to teaching us more Swahili than we already knew, every moment felt genuine and full of heart. This was truly a wonderful experience, and one we’ll never forget. The staff were fantastic! They were very professional, friendly and happy to help with any request. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the food too.
