No wifi no help Our wifi did not work in our room We inquired at reception and were simply told it was odd and that others had said the same thing They said to come to reception but it would have looked odd sitting in our bed watching Netflix in the reception lol No care was given at all

The Cubana Resort is located in a peaceful and quiet location in Nambucca Heads and is walking distance to the river and the beach. The room and facilities were great, but I had a small concern with the room that was allocated to me. However, it was quickly resolved by the Manager who was very nice to me and welcoming. She also made my stay as comfortable as possible and made me want to stay there again. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The food and drinks on offer were great too. Would highly recommend this place, which is great value for money.
