Very bad experience. I booked a non-refundable (only option available) room with private pool for KRW 300.000. After payment, the owner asked for KRW 100.000 per night for usage of swimming pool. Excuse was the need for hot water, although outside temperature was Celsius 30 degree. This is unacceptable.
