Very luxurious hotel, has a pool, fitness center and ice skating rink. Great place for viewing the sunset. Nice place to just relax and enjoy your time sitting and drinking and not thinking about much.

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. The view was stunning, and the exterior of the property was grand and beautiful. The staff were very friendly, and the overall cleanliness met my expectations. Unfortunately, there was one downside. There were local protests against the hotel construction, and protesters were playing chanting sounds over loudspeakers. This disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort.

1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard.

일단 호텔 로비앞에 안내해주시는 분들이 곳곳에 있어서 편하고 좋았습니다. 그리고 청결상태는 거의 최상인 듯해요. 최근에 오픈해서 그런지 몰라도 관리가 꽤 잘 되어있었습니다. 리셉션 직원분들, 모든 직원분들이 친절해서 마음이 참 편했구요. ^^ 방 냉장고에 음료 몇개 제공해주는 것도 소소한 기쁨이었던 것 같네요. 무엇보다 수영장, 사우나 참 좋았습니다 !! 개선해야 할 점은 딱 2가지 있는 것 같아요. 1.아이스링크? 아이스비치 라고 되어 있는데. 너무 비싸요. 그리고 바닥이 플라스틱 재질이어서 오일성분? 이 묻을 수도 있다고 티켓팅 하시는 분이 설명하시는 소리를 듣자마자 사용하고 싶지 않더라구요. 아주 잘 타는 사람은 영상 한번 찍기는 좋을 듯 하네요. 아이스 스케이트를 잘 타는 사람이 그렇게 많지는 않을 것 같은데...옷 더러워지면서 몇만원 내고 1-2시간 사용하기가 너무 터무니 없는 것 같아요. 2. 오락실, 당구장, 탁구장 같은 아이가 함께 즐길 수 있는 소소한 재미가 없었어요. 그래도 바다뷰, 청결도, 친절함, 수영장, 사우나 ! 참 좋았습니다 !
