Next little motel walking distance to the Nanaimo Ferry terminal. Room was small especially tyhe bathroom but more tan enough for a short stay and the bed was very comfy.

It’s our third stay over the span of 4 years. Excellent motel, great staff and service, clean room. Quiet location right by the water, very conveniently situated from the transportation standpoint, close to Downtown Nanaimo, and many restaurants and stores are within 10-15 min drive.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior of this small motel. It’s a bit dated. But the quality inside our room was lovely. We had a suite that has a bedroom and a sitting area with a pull out couch. The furniture was basic but the sheets and towels were luxurious. There was soap and shampoo in refillable pump bottles and they were lovely. The youn man at reception was also very nice and efficient.

I was very much surprised when I checked in. For the price it was very good. They’ve done a great job fixing the place up. My only comment is that they need to clean the bathroom a little bit better I saw some hair on the floor and the tub could use a good scrubbing. But other than that, it was fantastic. I think that was a housekeeping issue that they probably should talk to their housekeeper about and probably will rectify. They seem very concerned about how people think of their motel.The view of the channel watching the sailboats go by was amazing. It does not have air air-conditioning, but you can just open up all the windows and enjoy the sea air.

I really liked the sea theme. It's a pretty old building and there a few things that could be fixed like the windows. The garden outside was wonderful to look at but definitely needs some TLC. Shower curtain needs washing. Overall though, I enjoyed my stay and staff were excellent.

Great staff

Excellent customer service, comfortable beds, very clean room. It is on a busy route, so there is road noise if the windows are open. I would recommend ear plugs. I would definitely come back.
