I enjoyed staying here. The staff was very nice. The room waa exactly as advertised. The amenities and finishings are very nice. My only concern was when i inspected the mattress there were hairs between the pad and protector. I dont know how they got there but they shouldn't be there. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Amazing, quiet, clean and central place with great views. I’ve stayed here multiple times but it’s the parking price that needs to be changed. They charge $8 a night for a underground parking which is not even gated or secured

This is now our favourite hotel stay in Nanaimo. Great location, the hotel restaurant was fabulous and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! :)
