This is the lower level of a two story 4000 sq ft home in a quiet executive home in North Nanaimo. Wifi and cable are included for your use. Street parking. Stairs lead down so not set up for the safety of persons with mobility issues or small children. Owner lives in home upstairs.

Fantastic experience! Loved this property. The owner has thought of everything. We loved the little added touches like the binoculars and bird warching book. The view is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.
