It is at the foot of the col de l'Epine, between lake and mountain, that we offer you this comfortable pied-à-terre which does not lack charm. Easily accessible from the A43, you will appreciate the proximity to the lake, the facilities available, the sun-drenched terrace in the heart of the Savoyard foreland countryside. Chez la Philo is an old farmhouse renovated into a comfortable duplex gite. It offers a beautiful furnished terrace, to enjoy the long summer evenings, as well as two spacious bedrooms from which you can see the Aiguebelette lake. 3.5 km from the lake, discover the walking and cycling routes starting from the gîte as well as the many activities offered in the Lac d'Aiguebelette region.
