Wonderful apartment in Nancy

This apartment was the perfect home base for my two week trip to Nancy. The apartment's location near downtown and the major bus lines was very convenient, and it had all the amenities I needed. Kitchen was very useable and had a water kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and stove -- I could do all the cooking I wanted. Bed was comfortable, bathroom shower was luxurious (big rain-style shower head), and the washer/dryer worked great. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable,près d'une très belle place dans le quartier Stanislas ,avec une épicerie de proximité "carrefour" juste à coté ,cela est très pratique! Je recommande ! M Breau d'Angers

L'Amarillo "Je laisse rarement d'avis négatifs, mais là, c'est compliqué de faire autrement. - 1 seul couchage prêt alors que j'avais (DEUX FOIS) demandé les deux - 2 volets roulants sur 3 ne fonctionnent pas : 1 bloqué fermé dans la chambre (donc aucune aération possible), l'autre bloqué à moitié dans le salon (donc pas de noir la nuit). J'ai remarqué que ce problème de volets cassés a déjà été signalé sur Airbnb en août 2023, donc UN AN avant notre venue. - Table branlante, chaise cassée, tâche collante sur le sol, étendage à linge cassé en deux, 2 tables basses ikea scotchées de noir et posées l'une sur l'autre dans le salon (en guise d'étagère ?)... - Equipements (cafetières, grille-pain) difficile d'utilisation puisqu'il faut les mettre en équilibre sur l'évier. Seul l'emplacement est vraiment top et simple d'accès. Les indications sont claires."

L'Amarillo appartement sublime, avec tout se dont nous avions besoin et un emplacement parfait à quelques minutes des lieux intéressants (petit déjeuner, bar, place Stan, restaurant) toutefois lors de l'arrivée il était difficile de savoir quelle était la bonne porte, il serait bien de remettre un petit 1 sur celle-ci, je recommande et pense revenir à l'occasion !!

Appréciation appartement AMARILLO

Nous aurions aimé donner une appréciation favorable à cet appartement qui est idéalement situé, mais si vous souhaitez y passer un agréable séjour, Il est prudent de vous munir d’une caisse à outils pour suivre les préconisations de Book&Pay. En effet : - 2 volets sur 3 ne fonctionnent pas (un reste fermé, l’autre reste ouvert ...!), malgré le signalement semble-t-il fait au propriétaire depuis plusieurs semaines. - 1 des 4 chaises est cassée - 4 ampoules sur 7 ne fonctionnent pas sur un plafonnier - La penderie dans l’entrée n’est pas exploitable compte tenu de son encombrement. Nous aurions apprécié plus de rigueur au niveau de la propreté de l’appartement… ! Par ailleurs, le contact avec la conciergerie mentionné sur le document d’accueil est inopérant.

L'Amarillo "Appart. bien situé et agréable,galère au démarrage et pendant nos trois jours 20€/j de stationnement 🙁 La difficulté a trouver une place pour le stationnement , avec des prix prohibitifs à la journée , nous n'avons séjourné que 3 jours Et surtout à notre arrivée l'impossibilité de rejoindre la location , toutes rues étaient condamnée , par faute de la St Nicolas ,Compréhensible mais nous aurions aimé avoir été avertis par cette manifestation Nous avions demandé de prendre possession de l'appartement à 16h .Ce qui n'a pas été le cas puisque autorisé qu'à 17h.Un effort de votre part pour nous autoriser à venir à partie du Samedi matin nous aurait permis de voir le défilé de St Nicolas et de pouvoir nous garer (TOTAL 3 heures d'attente dans une voiture sous une pluie battante)"

L'Amarillo Appartement très bien placé, conforme aux photos. Le check-in autonome est simple à faire. L'appartement est plutôt bien isolé pour le bruit malgré le rdc proche d'une rue passante. La salle de bain est nickel et la douche très spacieuse (même si elle manque clairement d'une VMC). Cependant, quelques réparations seraient nécessaires notamment pour les volets (volets de la chambre bloqués en position fermée et un seul des 2 volets de la pièce à vivre est fonctionnel).

Appartement très propre, suffisamment spacieux pour 2. Literie confortable. Équipement très correct, on n'a pas eu à se faire à manger, heureusement car la plaque de cuisson était en panne, remplacée momentanément par deux petites plaques électriques. 🙁 L'appli qui permet de faire les états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie est défectueuse: impossible de réaliser les photos demandées, on a été obligés d'appeler le service de conciergerie et d'improviser au mieux les photos à faire."

De plus, il restait divers produits de consommation courante et même si nous n'en avons pas eu besoin, ceci doit être signalé comme un plus. L'appartement, spacieux pour un tarif fort raisonnable, est très agréable et malgré les indications d'autres voyageurs et la foire attractive à Nancy, nous n'avons pas été gêné par le bruit ... Bref, nous reviendrons 🙁 Les volets, un bloqué ouvert au RDC, une chaise absolument instable sur les 4, donc à deux pas de grand problème:):) la table salle à manger peu stable."
