Over 2,000 square feet of decking allowing for the full sound of all the action on the water. King rooms with private Juliet balconies. Main level decking full length of the house with lounging. Lower level decking off bar/entertainment area. Laundry room on main level with washer and dryer and utility sink. Full equipped kitchen, seating at bar area for 4 in kitchen, dining table seats 8, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 sinks, refrigerator with ice maker, all granite countertops, outdoor charcoal grill off of main deck of kitchen with outside dining for 6.
